A full property management platform for landlords (billing, tenant communication, e-signature workflows, and a three-tier pricing engine), designed and built solo using an AI-native development process, from architecture through launch.

An AI assistant embedded directly inside TameRent that helps landlords and tenants navigate the platform in plain language: a working example of AI that actually does something for the people using it, not just a chatbot bolted on.

Project Expense Tracker
A lightweight expense ledger I built to run real rehab and construction project spend with my contractor: role-based access enforced server-side, not just in the UI. Snap a photo of a receipt on your phone and Claude reads the image and pre-fills the vendor, amount, and category automatically. Running totals per project, plus a one-click spreadsheet export for bookkeeping.
